The cost of your treatment will vary, depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment options with you before you begin, so you can make the best choice for yourself.
OUR PRACTICE ACCEPTS MOST MAJOR CREDIT CARDS AND INSURANCE PLANS
Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. When required, we will send off predeterminations to your insurance company before treatment and be pleased to explain their response so that you can be better prepared at the time of your dental treatment.
Your dental insurance policy is a contract between you, your employer, and your insurance company. Due to Canadian and Ontario Government Privacy Acts, it is you, as the policyholder, who is responsible for notifying us of any changes to your coverage, as well as knowing the various procedures eligible under your plan in order to avoid disappointment with claim reimbursements.
Dr Mark Richardson Dental is a non-assignment dental office. This is in full compliance with the Ontario Dental Association. While we are more than happy to help you with your insurance claims, payment in full is required at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been previously made. We will electronically submit insurance claims on your behalf. This will speed up the process allowing you to receive your insurance reimbursement more quickly.

- View your appointment and account information at any time
- Sign up for email or text appointment reminders
- Check your payment history and see current charges
- Print out flex spending reimbursement and tax receipts
- If you do not have a patient login, please let us know at your next appointment, and we will gladly help you set up your personal account.
We reserve your appointment time specifically for you, and strive to start your appointment on time.
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time, we ask for two full business days notice to reschedule. This gives us enough time to schedule another patient in your place that are waiting. Without two days notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee for canceled appointments.
