The Dental Assistant Team
At Dr Mark Richardson Dental, our dental assistant team is here to provide our patients with a high level of care and attention before, during, and after your treatment. Our dental assistants are multi-skilled healthcare professionals, who possess a diverse knowledge base.
The team performs a variety of clinical procedures, such as procession digital X-rays, preliminary scanned impressions, preventive treatments, and dental health education, as well as assisting Dr Richardson with numerous dental procedures in a friendly, professional manner. Our dental assistants perform various preventive intraoral procedures and provide our patients with post-treatment care.
Our assistants are proactive about utilizing universal precautions for a safe work environment and infection control. Our dental assistant team is an essential part of our office, and they ensure that the highest quality of care is provided at every visit.
Dental Hygienist Team
The Dr Mark Richardson Dental Hygiene Team are healthcare professionals who provide dental hygiene services that are second to none. They are certified with the Canadian Dental Hygienist of Ontario. They have a strong background in oral anatomy, pharmacology, nutrition, and periodontology.
The dental hygiene team at Dr Mark Richardson Dental follows a client-focused philosophy for providing hygiene therapy. We treat periodontal conditions and promote dental health and wellness with a strong commitment to excellence.
The Administration Team
The administration team at Dr Mark Richardson Dental cares about the experience you have at our office. Our dental administration team is always available to answer your questions about your dental insurance, financing options, and our office policies.
In addition to administration skills, our dental administrators fully understand dental terminology and dental procedures in order to record efficiently and report information. Our dental administration team also works with you to ensure your appointments are scheduled correctly and handled with skill.
